Countryside Townhomes is located on Remington Road in Bealeton, VA, and is a federally funded complex providing affordable rents to lower income families.

Stuart Street Homes offers six units in two buildings. Stuart Street Homes was constructed on the site of an old storage barn in the small town of The Plains. Wood from this barn was salvaged and donated to be used in another home.
