Countryside Townhomes is located on Remington Road in Bealeton, VA, and is a federally funded complex providing affordable rents to lower income families.

Each two-story unit is 816 square feet and has two bedrooms and one bath. They are equipped with a washer, dryer, garbage disposal, heat pump, mini-blinds, and storage shed.

The townhomes are located close to shopping and all three levels of school.

Qualifications & Requirements

Countryside Associates is required, under federal law, to qualify all applicants seeking tenancy for program eligibility. In addition, Countryside Associates also requires applicants to meet certain income, employment, rental history and credit tests. Please see the Countryside Rental Application for income and eligibility requirements.

About Stuart Street Homes

Stuart Street Homes was constructed on the site of an old storage barn in the small town of The Plains. Surveys conducted in January 2000 showed that of a total of 37 Affordable Housing Units in the Plains, less than half were planned to remain in use as affordable housing. Stuart Street was constructed to help offset the lack of affordable units in this small town.

Stuart Street Homes consists of two buildings:

– Building “A” houses four families in four, 2 bedroom, 2.5 baths, townhomes.
– Building “B” houses two families with ADAAG (universal design) compliant, single story duplex units designed to include ramp access with fully accessible bathrooms, kitchens, and bedrooms.

About The Oaks I & II

The Oaks I & II is a federally funded Senior apartment complex located just off Route 29 in beautiful Warrenton, VA. The Oaks provides lower income senior households with affordable, 1 & 2 bedroom rental units in a high quality modern facility. The Oaks is within walking distance of three shopping centers and has a bus stop at its front door.

Apartments have large windows, wall to wall carpeting, fully equipped kitchens,  individually controlled heating and air conditioning, emergency pull cord system.

The monthly rent includes all utilities except phone, TV, and internet.

A single applicant’s gross annual income must fall under $45,180.00 to qualify. A two person household’s income must fall under $51,600.00 to qualify. The minimum income for a one bedroom apartment is $20,000. The minimum income for a two bedroom apartment is $24,000.
