Each two-story unit is 816 square feet and has two bedrooms and one bath. They are equipped with a washer, dryer, garbage disposal, heat pump, mini-blinds, and storage shed.
The townhomes are located close to shopping and all three levels of school.
Qualifications & Requirements
Countryside Associates is required, under federal law, to qualify all applicants seeking tenancy for program eligibility. In addition, Countryside Associates also requires applicants to meet certain income, employment, rental history and credit tests.
